River Bend Advisers is a privately-held independent commercial lending intermediary and advisory firm that coordinates financing and raises equity for multi-family, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, special-use properties and construction. The Principals of the firm have over 25 years of experience in the industry with long term relationships with lenders, as well as, extensive experience with restructuring debt, bankruptcy and foreclosure.  
Our role in a transaction is to access the capital markets on our client’s behalf to coordinate and deliver the most competitive financing terms available. As a team, we work closely with each client to fully understand their short and long-term objectives to identify the most appropriate source of capital for their transaction.  Every financing request is formally presented and delivered to a targeted group of lenders through our extensive network of capital sources.  Our process creates a competitive environment among lenders who compete for each loan, resulting in maximum market exposure and favorable terms for our clients.
